How to Print Flipkart Shipping Labels

Flipkart generates shipping labels inside the seller dashboard with generous white margins around the actual label. If you print those PDFs as-is on A4 paper, each label eats an entire sheet. Over hundreds of daily orders, that wastes a huge amount of paper, ink and money.

A smarter approach is to crop the label to its true content area before printing. Once cropped, a standard Flipkart label can be printed one per A4 sheet, four per sheet, or directly on a 4x6 thermal roll — whichever fits your fulfilment workflow.

Log in to the Flipkart seller hub, go to your orders and select the shipments you want to print. Use the bulk print option to download a single PDF containing all your shipping labels for that batch. Keeping everything in one PDF makes cropping and printing far more efficient.

Open the free Flipkart label crop tool and upload your PDF. The engine automatically detects every label boundary, trims the white margins and preserves the barcode, QR code and delivery address at full resolution.

You can also choose a 4-labels-per-A4 layout, which arranges four cropped labels on a single landscape page — the most paper-efficient way to print Flipkart labels on a regular printer.

For a standard inkjet or laser printer, select the 4-up A4 layout and print at Actual Size (100% scale). If you own a thermal label printer such as a Zebra, Brother or TSC, export each label at the right size and set your printer to 4x6 inch (100x150 mm) media.

Thermal printing is ideal for high-volume sellers because it removes the cost of ink entirely — labels are burned onto heat-sensitive paper instead.
