By accessing or using SellerPrints.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and SellerPrints.com ("SellerPrints," "we," "us," or "our").

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://sellerprints.com/privacy before using the Service.

SellerPrints.com is a free, browser-based web application that provides tools for e-commerce sellers to crop shipping labels, invoices, courier slips, and packing slips for optimized printing.

The Service allows users to:

Upload PDF documents containing shipping labels or invoices.

Automatically detect and crop unnecessary white margins and page layouts.

Separate shipping labels from invoices in multi-section documents.

Generate optimized PDF output suitable for printing on A4 paper or thermal printers.

Download or directly print the processed documents.

The Service currently supports label processing for Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon. Additional marketplace support may be added in the future.

The Service is provided free of charge. No premium tiers, subscription plans, account creation, or payment information is required.

You may use SellerPrints.com only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

Cropping Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon shipping labels for printing.

Optimizing marketplace invoices and courier labels for A4 or thermal printer output.

Processing packing slips and delivery documents for physical filing or printing.

Preparing multi-page shipping documents for batch printing.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any connected databases or systems.

You are solely responsible for the files you upload and process using the Service. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to process any documents you submit.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any cropped or processed output before printing, distributing, or relying upon it. SellerPrints.com does not guarantee that cropping results will be accurate in every case.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any original or important documents. Files are never stored after processing — whether processed in your browser or, for tools that require it, on our servers — so we cannot recover files once a session or request ends.

You agree not to upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the Service or other users.

The Service, including its software, user interface, design, branding, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is the exclusive property of SellerPrints.com and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its proprietary software without prior written consent from SellerPrints.com.

You retain full and exclusive ownership of all files, documents, and content you upload to and process through the Service. SellerPrints.com claims no ownership, license, or interest in your uploaded content.

Some tools (background removal, image resizing, image-to-PDF, PDF merging) process your document entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Those files are never uploaded to our servers.

Other tools (label cropping and Word-to-PDF conversion) require server-side processing. Your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed in memory or a temporary directory, and discarded as soon as the request completes — it is never written to a database, cache, or persistent log.

Files processed in your browser are automatically and permanently discarded when the processing session ends — which occurs when you close the browser tab, navigate away from the page, or refresh the browser. Files processed on our servers are discarded immediately after the response is returned, including when a request fails.

SellerPrints.com has no ability to access, view, retrieve, or recover any file after it has been processed. We do not maintain any copies, backups, caches, or logs of your uploaded content.

You are solely responsible for retaining copies of any documents you process through the Service.

We strive to keep SellerPrints.com available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, security patches, infrastructure changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who we reasonably believe is engaging in abusive, automated, or unauthorized use of the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Without limiting the foregoing, SellerPrints.com does not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) the quality of any content, products, or services obtained through the Service will meet your expectations; or (d) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

The cropping algorithms used by the Service are designed to produce accurate results for standard shipping labels and invoices. However, we do not guarantee perfect output for all document formats, and users should review processed files before printing or distribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SellerPrints.com, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(a) your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service;

(b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

(c) any content obtained from the Service; or

(d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100), whichever is greater. Since the Service is provided free of charge, this amount is ₹100.

We are not responsible for printing errors, incorrect cropping due to unusual document layouts, or any business losses arising from reliance on processed output.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including e-commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon. SellerPrints.com does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

The Service may use third-party infrastructure for hosting, content delivery, and analytics. These providers process data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those services' respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review the applicable terms before engaging with any third-party service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://sellerprints.com/privacy.

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may stop using the Service at any time by simply closing your browser tab or navigating away from the website. No account termination is required, as no accounts are created.

SellerPrints.com reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service for any user who we reasonably believe is engaging in abusive behavior, automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that may harm the Service or its users.

Upon any suspension or restriction, you must cease all use of the Service. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and contact provisions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
